On Friday 27th January 2023, AKS Services Uzbekistan in conjunction with Newlinks Global signed an MOU to work closely with Banking Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide training and assist in meeting its members’ requirements for capacity development. The consortium will work closely with major international development agencies and companies such as Crown Agents to carry out the mandate under the MOU. The extent of this MOU is to provide cooperation and develop bilateral ties and cooperate on further developing banking business in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Near future activities under the MOU includes training workshops, and supporting the Uzbek banking industry on establishing a communication channel to support business development and privatisation.
