Zarif Safa Bakhtyari

Zarif Safa Bakhtyari obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Kabul University in Afghanistan. Mr. Bakhtyari has rich experiences in economic development, research, M&E, business development, and fundraising. He has been involved with capacity building projects with AKS Services Group funded by the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)/British Embassy Kabul, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and World Bank, including Capacity Building for the Afghan Counter-Terrorism Criminal Justice System and the Establishment of the KARTOTIC Department at the Antiterrorism Prosecution Department, as well as on a number of the NDS construction projects.

Mohammad Zia Asadi

Program Management Unit- IT

Zia Asadi has done his bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at Avicenna University. Mr. Asadi had rich experiences in IT administration, web development, networking, mobile application development, and call center management. Besides that, Mr. Asadi has worked as an IT Manager within projects funded by international funding agencies. Currently, he is working as IT Manager in AKS Services Group projects that funded by Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)/British Embassy Kabul and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and World Bank.
