Empowering the High Office of Oversight (HOO) to Support Anti Corruption Units

Under the Change Management Programme funded by GIZ, AKS has implemented the Capacity Building Programme in three key pilot institutions. This programme included awareness raising training for relevant government’s staff on integrity, ethical behavior, quality and performance standards, simplification of application process to competitive examinations, and training of the ACU on process mapping and re-engineering their functions and activities.
