Organizational Need Assessment for General Directorate of Insurance Affairs (GDIA)

The project objective was to conduct an organizational needs assessment of the GDIA, thereby identifying GDIA’s mandate and capacities. The organizational needs assessment would be used to revise ToRs of the respective GDIA staff and to establish a basis for future capacity development measures with the outcomes of:
• Overall short review of the insurance market situation;
• A qualitative and quantitative organizational needs assessment of the GDIA to analyze the GDIA’s current mandate and its capacities;
• To assess the current skills and competencies of the GDIA staff and recommendations for future capacity building measures; and
• Revised ToRs of the respective GDIA staff based on the results of the organizational needs assessment.
